Elizabeth Bamonte | WW Digital Team Manager, IBM Global Markets

Beth has a passion for problem-solving and she listens intently, noticing things about people that make them individuals. This is what makes her a great marketer. She always knew she wanted to help people solve their biggest challenges, and she is making a career doing just that at IBM. Beth is the Global Digital Leader for IBM's Industry Marketing team where she is responsible for delivering the client journey for leaders looking to IBM to help transform their business. Beth holds a BMA from Marist College and has over 12 years in marketing; her career expands technology adoption marketing, creative digital content development, end-to-end global campaign strategy and execution, and client engagement programs. She is known best for her critical thinking, positive attitude and a leadership style that loves innovative change.

 

Rishi Dave | Chief Marketing Officer, Vonage

Rishi Dave is the Chief Marketing Officer for Vonage. In this role, he is responsible for leading Vonage’s global marketing strategy, positioning the Company as a global leader in business cloud communications and helping to drive the next phase of Vonage's growth.

Prior to joining Vonage, Rishi was Chief Marketing Officer at data and analytics provider, Dun & Bradstreet, where he led marketing globally. Rishi has spent his career in the technology industry with marketing, business development and consulting roles at Dell, Rivio, Inc.,Trilogy Software and Bain & Company.

 Rishi was named as a Top Digital Marketer by BtoB Magazine (now AdAge) two years in a row, and as a B2B Innovator by the Demand Gen Report. He has authored or appeared in global media including Forbes, PC Magazine, Business 2 Community, VentureBeat, CMO.com, and MarTech Series.

Rishi holds degrees in chemical engineering and economics with honors from Stanford University and an MBA in marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

 

Toni Clayton-Hine |Chief Marketing Officer, EY Americas

Toni Clayton-Hine is the Chief Marketing Officer for EY Americas, the $15bn professional services firm globally known as Ernst & Young LLP. She is a seasoned B2B global marketing executive who has helped companies of all sizes create new revenue streams from new markets, new offerings, and new channels of distribution by combining creative ideas with data and analytics to unlock opportunities in highly competitive markets.

Joining EY in Jan 2019, she is responsible for defining and implementing a strategic marketing vision across industry sectors, geographies and service lines to drive revenue, relationships and reputation for the firm. This includes creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses branding, media, experiential and digital marketing.  

Prior to EY, Toni was the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Xerox, responsible for creating a holistic strategy, from brand to demand, to deliver profitable growth in untapped B2B and B2B2C market segments. Her work at Xerox earned her a spot as one of Brand Innovator’s Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing by creating the 7x award-winning Set the Page Free rebranding campaign that improved brand perception by 20%, while capturing tens of thousands of prospects for demand generation.  

Prior to her CMO role at Xerox, Toni was the Vice President of Global Marketing for their $3 billion division dedicated to growing profitable revenue through indirect channels. She was responsible all marketing and communications, including redefining the go-to-market strategy, building a relevant brand for small and midsize business, creating segment specific offerings, and driving demand generation for 10 million customers in over 40 countries.

Before joining Xerox, Toni served as the Divisional CMO and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Data Management division of CA Technologies, which now operate as Erwin, Inc. and Arcserve, Inc.

Toni spent the first half of her career in B2B media sales, progressing from an individual contributor to Associate Publisher for CRN, formerly Computer Reseller News. As the print publishing business shifted in favor of digital, she co-founded The Institute for Partner Education & Development (IPED), creating a new multi-million dollar revenue stream for United Business Media in channel consulting, research, and training.

Toni serves on the Board of Directors for CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, and is a member of their Audit, Finance & Investment Committee. She was also the Chair of the 2018 B2B Advertising Awards for the American Marketing Association and sits on the Board of Experts for Glilot Capital, a VC firm that funds early-stage technology start-ups.

The daughter of an expat, Toni grew up overseas in Europe and the Middle East before returning to the United States to attend Babson College. Today, she lives in New York with her husband and two daughters and enjoys tennis, big mountain skiing, international travel and any opportunity to broaden her perspective on life and the world.

 

Chris Duffey | Strategic Development Manager, Adobe

Chris Duffey spearheads Adobe’s Creative Cloud strategic development partnerships across the Creative enterprise space.

Chris' keynotes have received over 50+ million impressions. His sessions have been reported around the world including Access Hollywood, Extra, Ok Magazine, Hello, People, Daily Mail and Euro News.

Chris has been featured by Business Insider, and Yahoo as one of “The industry’s leaders on the top issues, challenges and opportunities in the fast-changing world of mobile marketing.” and selected by Qualcomm as one of the leading minds in AI. Chris has been a creative consultant with over 35 advertising agencies across the major global holding companies: WPP, IPG, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis and MDC, having worked across every major industry vertical.

 Chris Duffey has spoken around the world at the leading thought leadership conferences such as being a five-times Cannes Lion speaker. In 2019 he spoke with IBM on the future of Cognitive Creativity. In 2018, he co-presented with Microsoft on the role of Human and Machine. In 2017, Chris spoke at Cannes Innovation about Artificial Intelligence Enhanced Creativity.  He has also shared the stage with Kim Kardashian at Cannes Lion, speaking on connecting with audiences via mobile gaming. For the inaugural Cannes Lion Health Festival, Chris co-chaired with Google for the keynote on future trends in mobile marketing.

Tonya Garret | Head of North American Independent Agencies, LinkedIn

Tonya is a Midwest-bred New Yorker that started her career in Management Consulting and has spent the last +15 years agency side across Digital, Advertising and Creative agencies holding leadership roles in Client Services, Operations and Executive Leadership. Former holding company agencies include Agency.com (Designory/Omnicom), Razorfish (Publicis Sapient), and J. Walter Thompson (Wunderman Thompson/WPP) just to name a few. Most recently Tonya served as Managing Director at Jones Knowles Ritchie, an independent creative agency, leading the New York office.

She has a passion for education and hold degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Tonya has called Dallas, San Francisco, Raleigh-Durham, London, Chicago and now New York home.

Her many outside work passions include all things college sports, all things fashion including attending fashion week in NY, London, Paris and Berlin, travel, Pilates and serving in many volunteer organizations focused on mentoring young women and disenfranchised women of color.

 

Nat Ives | Editor, CMO Today, The Wall Street Journal

Nat Ives covers marketing as editor of CMO Today at The Wall Street Journal and writes the daily CMO Today newsletter. He was previously executive editor at Ad Age, which he joined as a reporter on the publishing beat just as print entered the digital storm. Earlier, he was a news assistant at the New York Times, where he worked on the advertising column.

 

Erin Johnson | Change Agent, Speaker, Marketing Executive, Mom. (Former CCO, J. Walter Thompson)

Erin Johnson shocked the advertising industry when she filed an explosive lawsuit against a holding company behemoth and legendary ad agency. Claiming sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation, her real-life David and Goliath battle captivated the world, and was the beginning of a movement that months later was coined #metoo. Through it all, Erin handled herself with grace, setting the example for how to handle pressure under fire.

Johnson is an award-winning, creative driven global marketing communications executive with extensive experience overseeing reputation management for brands and executives at some of the most renowned marketing communications agencies. From diamonds to cat food, she has a diverse roster of brand experience. Most recently, Johnson was the Chief Communications Officer for Audiobyte’s music startup app, Gifnote (now Songclip). Prior to that, Johnson spent 13 years at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where she quickly rose through the ranks, spending the last five years of her tenure as the Global Chief Communications Officer.

 

Audrey Melofchik | President, DDB NY

Audrey is President of DDB New York, a post she assumed in April 2019, in addition to her role as President of Velocity, Omnicom’s dedicated unit for Johnson & Johnson. As the leader of DDB New York and Velocity, Audrey’s mandate includes setting the course that prioritizes creative excellence, client intimacy and agency culture.

Audrey brings over 20 years of experience successfully planning and implementing campaigns across categories including consumer packaged goods, beauty, personal care, and health and wellness. Prior to Velocity Audrey led the global HP account at BBDO, serving as the Omnicom lead across 10 agencies, transforming the brand’s “Keep Reinventing” into a globally-recognized campaign.

Prior to BBDO, Audrey sharpened her digital knowledge and acumen serving as chief client officer at Organic and personally leading the Kimberly-Clark and AT&T accounts. Before Organic, Audrey spent 8 years at JWT as a business director on Cadbury-Adams, Kraft, Jenny Craig and J&J.

Victoria Morrissey | Global Marketing & Brand Director, Caterpillar

Victoria Morrissey is Global Marketing & Brand Director for Caterpillar.  Victoria is responsible for constantly evolving the impact of one of the world’s greatest brands, leading Caterpillar’s end-to-end enterprise marketing capabilities, brand identity, global licensing business, global brand sponsorships and the Cat Industrial Design team. Upon joining Caterpillar in April 2017, Victoria brought with her a rare combination of a Brand and Marketing professional with 20+ years of B2B and B2C experience spanning clients, industries and marketing disciplines.  Putting the customer at the center of all efforts, her leadership and passionate drive make her a highly effective marketing leader and cross functional collaborator.

Prior to Caterpillar, Victoria served as the Marketing Director at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.  Before that, Victoria was Director of Brand, Content and Private Label Marketing at Grainger where she launched a brand platform that delivered double-digit growth in key market segments and successfully grew multiples brands, all while building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Victoria’s broad and extensive career is grounded in nearly 20 years leading marketing efforts across industries at numerous global ad agencies. 

Victoria holds a Master degree in Advertising and Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

Fluent in German, Victoria spends her free time writing, cooking and doing pro-bono marketing work for causes that are very near and dear to her.

 

Jay Pattisall | Principal Analyst, Forrester

Jay is Forrester’s expert on creative, media, marketing, and in-house agencies, helping CMOs and business leaders make sense of the complex and ever-changing services landscape surrounding advertising, marketing, and consumer engagement. Jay’s research explores the future of the agency sector, in-housing, media, and creativity. His strategies for agency innovation and models for management enable CMOs and business leaders to develop more valuable relationships with their agencies and enable agencies to drive more value for their partners and clients.

Jay draws from 20 years of experience in advertising and digital marketing, creating marketing and advertising for large global and national brands. Jay’s expertise includes brand, communication and digital strategy, client engagement, and agency management. Prior to joining Forrester, Jay was vice president group director for DigitasLBi; director of strategy for Anthem Worldwide; and strategy director for Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners. He led strategy for brands such as General Motors, Goodyear Tire, Lenovo, A/B InBev, RadioShack, and MINI USA. Jay also has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative market research.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College and a Master of Science in mass communication from Virginia Commonwealth University.

 

PJ PEREIRA | Creative Chairman & Co-Founder, Pereira O’Dell

PJ Pereira, Creative Chairman and Co-Founder of Pereira O’Dell, and NYC’s newest resident, is an advertising and entertainment pioneer. An Emmy winner, best-selling writer and multiple Cannes Grand Prix winner he has become one of the world’s most influential and respected creatives. In 2019, PJ served for the third time as a Cannes Jury President, Social + Influencer. He believes agencies must provide return not only on the money brands are investing, but also the time consumers are spending with the work. With a diverse portfolio, current and past clients include, Intel, MINI, Jet.com, Adobe, Fifth Third Bank, National Geographic and Coca-Cola but his work extends way beyond ads.

Mike Simpson is the Chief Marketing Officer at Stanley Black & Decker, responsible for the growth of the corporation’s enterprise wide brands. With key growth strategies across the organizations B2B and B2C businesses, Mike leads the digital marketing transformation at Stanley Black & Decker.

Mike has spent the last 20 years working for multiple global blue-chip consumer electronics and FMCG organizations, including Toshiba, Fujifilm and United Biscuits. Allison Knapp Womack | SVP & Chief Marketing Officer, Enterprise Community Partners

Allison is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in advancing business outcomes for leading brands around the globe. As Chief Marketing Officer, Allison leads a team charged with telling powerful stories, analyzing data and transforming insights into creative business strategies that enhance donor and partner relationships and advance Enterprise’s mission. Previously, as a senior leader at Omnicom’s business communications firm Doremus, Allison oversaw client engagements across the globe and brought insight into the complex business challenges of companies across a range of sectors.

Allison held senior positions at leading advertising and communications firms, including Ogilvy, Y&R and Wunderman, working on iconic brands such as American Express, Johnson & Johnson and AT&T. She has led successful marketing strategies for issue-awareness campaigns throughout her career and worked extensively with nonprofit organizations, including Good360, CFA Institute and Underwriters Laboratories.

Allison, a New York native, holds an M.B.A. from New York University and received her B.A. cum laude in Political Science and French from Mount Holyoke College. She serves on several nonprofit boards, including ANA Business Marketing of New York. She was a longtime Board member of Plan International USA, working in more than 50 developing countries to end gender inequality and poverty. Allison lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and has two college-age daughters who have taught her more than any of her degrees.
